Ashmount Road

A complete refurbishment and extension of a Victorian semi-detached villa within the Whitehall Park Conservation Area. A new ground floor side extension creates a generous, light-filled kitchen and dining space with direct access to the garden.

Elsewhere, the project carefully restores existing period features within the ground floor reception rooms and first-floor bedrooms. The outrigger roof was vaulted to form a spacious new first-floor bathroom, while an extension to the roof level provides a generous bedroom and en-suite with a terrace overlooking the mature trees to the rear.
