Greenford Avenue

2025

A loft conversion and extension to a first-floor flat in Hanwell, West London, creating two additional bedrooms and a utility room. The main bedroom features a carefully considered open-plan en-suite and dressing area, arranged to draw in light from both sides.

The design aims to make the new space feel fully integrated with the existing home. A wide new staircase mirrors the layout of the stair below and is naturally lit by a rooflight above, while arched openings echo the original arched thresholds within the flat.
